Scott Chesky, Founder & CEO
Scott Chesky has spent the majority of his career in investment banking, primarily focused on merger and acquisition advisory for middle market companies. He has advised his clients on a broad range of strategic transactions ranging in value from less than $1 million to over $1 billion.
Scott also has significant corporate strategy and operating experience, having served as Executive Vice President of a publicly-traded medical device company.
Scott has previous experience analyzing potential investments for a venture capital firm and as the director of finance for a private, grant-making foundation. Scott began his career in public accounting at one of the “Big Four” firms, where he performed financial statement audits for companies in a variety of industries and identified opportunities for improved efficiencies in financial reporting, internal controls and business operations.
Scott has been awarded the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Bucknell University.

Devin O'Brien, Founder & COO
Devin began his career at KPMG as a CPA in their M&A tax practice where he advised both strategic and private equity firms on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, tax-efficient transaction structuring, tax attribute studies, and financial modeling. Devin advised strategic clients in the healthcare, aerospace, chemicals, and communications industries, as well as private equity firms with assets under management ranging from $250 million to $500 billion in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
After KPMG, Devin worked for 2+ years in M&A investment banking at Chesky Partners advising on healthcare and business services transactions ranging from $10 to $250 million.
Alongside Founders Exit Group, Devin is the Founder and Chairman of Kordis, a fractional CFO and accounting software + services business.
Devin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and earned a B.S. in Accounting, a B.S. in Finance, and a Master of Accountancy from The Pennsylvania State University.

Chris DiFalco, Founder & VP Client Financials
Chris began his career in KPMG’s Transaction Advisory Services practice before joining Alvarez & Marsal in New York City, where he specialized in buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory. He has advised on transactions ranging from $50 million to $1 billion, with a focus on quality of earnings and financial due diligence.
In addition to his work with Founders Exit Group, Chris is the Co-Founder and Finance Lead of Kordis, a fractional CFO and accounting software + services firm that supports growth-stage companies with strategic finance and operational accounting solutions.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and earned a B.S. in Accounting, a B.S. in Finance, and a Master of Accountancy from The Pennsylvania State University.

Grace Huang, VP Client Marketing
Grace began her career at Condé Nast, in the editorial department of Self Magazine. She went on to become a leading lifestyle and beauty advertising photographer and director for over twenty years, collaborating on global and domestic campaigns for clients including Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Target Corporation, Saks Global, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Merck & Co, Avon Global, L’Oréal, and Procter & Gamble.
Grace has also worked independently as a creative consultant focused on brand strategy and marketing for start ups.
Grace earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard University. She attended L’École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles, France, through the Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship.
